Insurance

Medicare:  Dr. Rheault is a participating Medicare provider. However, he is not accepting new patients on Medicare at this time.

Dignity Health HMO: Dr. Rheault is in-network for Dignity Health HMO and accepts this insurance.

CCAH: Dr. Rheault is in-network with the Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH, Medi-cal)

Other insurances: Dr. Rheault is considered an out-of-network or non-preferred provider for all other insurance plans. We do not bill Medicare Advantage plans. Payment is due in full at the time of appointment. A superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
